Executive Catalyst

Leadership, Decision-Making & Execution

12-Week Engagement

Designed to help executives and leaders think more clearly, operate more intentionally, and lead with consistency under pressure.

This engagement integrates coaching and advisory support—strengthening both how you lead and how you operate.

The Work

This engagement is designed to support you in strengthening how you lead—across your thinking, decision-making, and day-to-day execution.

The focus is twofold:

  • Refining how you think, decide, and lead in complex environments

  • Strengthening how you operate so your leadership is consistent and effective

Rather than focusing on leadership development or performance in isolation, this work integrates both—grounded in clarity, awareness, and execution.

A core principle of this work is that the clarity you’re looking for is not something external to be given.
You already know.

The work is to create the conditions where that clarity can be accessed consistently—and translated into effective leadership.

This is not just about improving what you do, but about strengthening how you operate under pressure and uncertainty.

This is an active, participatory process that unfolds over time.

How the Engagement Progresses

The work is structured across three primary areas of focus, supported by ongoing integration throughout the engagement:

PHASE I

  • Establish a clear foundation for what you’re building.

During this phase, we develop a Compass—a structured articulation of your identity and direction, including:

    • Vision (what you are creating and why it exists)

    • Theory of Impact (how your work creates value)

    • Beliefs (what must be true for this to succeed)

    • Values (how you operate in action)

    • Vitals (how progress and impact are measured)

    • Tenets (guiding principles for how you make decisions and operate)

This becomes a practical reference point—helping you make decisions, communicate clearly, and stay aligned as you build.

PHASE II

  • Translate clarity into structured execution—while building awareness of what supports or disrupts your ability to follow through.

During this phase, we begin developing a focused operating plan, including:

    • A 1-year directional plan aligned to your vision

    • Prioritization across quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily horizons

    • Clear identification of what matters most—and what does not

We also assess and begin structuring the capabilities required to support execution, including:

    • People and roles

    • Core processes and workflows

    • Systems and tools

    • Governance and decision-making structure

PHASE III

  • Establish a way of operating that allows for consistent, sustainable momentum.

    This includes:

    • Strengthening the ability to hold long-term vision while executing day-to-day

    • Developing working rhythms across daily and weekly horizons

    • Refining how you prioritize, make decisions, and move forward

    • Simplifying where needed to maintain clarity and focus

By working across both longer-term direction and immediate execution, you develop the ability to move forward with consistency—without losing connection to the bigger vision.

By this stage, you are not just clear on what to do—you have a way of operating that allows you to continue building with focus and momentum.

How We Work Together

This engagement integrates coaching and practical advisory support—applied directly to how you build.

In practice, this means:

  • Applying coaching directly to real-time business decisions

  • Providing input on strategy, positioning, and priorities

  • Helping structure your business and operating model to support focus and execution

  • Identifying where complexity can be simplified

  • Translating ideas into clear, actionable next steps

The role of this work is not to provide answers in isolation, but to help you see more clearly, decide more confidently, and move forward with greater precision.

The focus is not just on insight—but on building something that works in practice.

As you begin to move forward, new patterns and capabilities begin to emerge, including:

  • increased clarity in direction and decision-making

  • the ability to narrow focus while staying connected to the bigger vision

  • more consistent follow-through on what matters most

  • improved prioritization across competing demands

  • greater ease in working with others (partners, vendors, collaborators)

  • a stronger connection between long-term vision and day-to-day action

This is where structure, support, and accountability come together—so progress is sustained, not intermittent

What to Expect

  • One 45-minute 1:1 session per week, focused on clarifying direction, making decisions, and defining next steps

  • Ongoing application of the work to your real-time business decisions, priorities, and direction

  • Practical tools, frameworks, and exercises to apply between sessions

  • Direct input on strategy, structure, and execution as needed

  • Light-touch support between sessions for questions, feedback, and maintaining momentum

The sessions create clarity and direction.
The real work happens in how that is applied between sessions.

Each week builds on the last—developing both clarity and the ability to act on it consistently.

Commitment

This work requires active engagement.

It is designed for those who are building something in real time—and are willing to work directly on their business between sessions.

This includes:

  • showing up prepared and ready to engage

  • applying the work consistently between sessions

  • being open to reflection, feedback, and adjustment

  • making decisions and moving forward, even when things are not fully clear

The value of the engagement is directly tied to how the work is applied—not just discussed.
