Originally developed at Stanford by Dr. Michael Ray and adapted through IMPOWERU's embodied leadership approach, this isn't a training. It's an operating system upgrade for the people shaping your organization's future.

The Journey

Culture Catalystfollows IMPOWERU's core framework — Alignment → Focus → Flow — moving your team through three phases over eight weeks. Each phase builds on the last. Each one changes how your people show up.

ALIGNMENT

  • Alignment starts with choosing who you want to be before the noise takes over. These weeks ground your team in presence, surface the inner barriers that drive reactive behavior, and reconnect each person with their authentic leadership voice.

FOCUS

  • With alignment in place, attention sharpens. Your team learns to cut through distraction, overthinking, and the stories that stall decisions — replacing hesitation with clarity.

FLOW

  • Flow is what happens when alignment and focus become embodied. These final weeks integrate everything into daily leadership — through trust, brave conversations, and action that's grounded rather than reactive.

What You'll Experience

This is not a lecture series. The Culture Catalyst™ method follows a 40/40/20 design

40% Information — Neuroscience, psychology, and Stanford creativity research that reframes how you understand decision-making, creativity, and team dynamics.

40% Experience — Breathwork, guided meditation, somatic exercises, live peer coaching, and reflective writing that lands in the body — not just the mind.

20% Integration — Weekly integration practices include in-session sharing, weekly at home self led coaching pratices, peer coaching calls to reflect on what you learned, and regular cohort community connections on the platform of your choice — that weave the work into daily life.

The Commitment

Transformation requires presence.

Culture Catalyst is designed for cohorts of 6–10 participants — small enough for trust, large enough for diverse perspective. Every cohort is facilitated live by an IMPOWERU-certified Transformation Catalyst — ensuring the experience is held with care, depth, and embodied expertise.

Investment: $2,500 per person

  • This is approximately 3–4 hours per week for 8 weeks. Here's how that breaks down:

  • 8 weekly live sessions — 90 minutes each, virtual or in-person

  • Daily practice — 20 minutes/day: a 15-minute guided meditation + 5-minute reflective writing

  • Weekly SoulWork — practical, real-world assignments: sticky notes, journaling, one brave conversation

  • Optional peer coaching — 20-minute weekly calls with a cohort partner

  • Confidentiality and trust — what's shared in the room stays in the room

  • An open mind — willingness to try practices that may feel unfamiliar at first
