Business Catalyst
Alignment, Focus & Flow
12-Week Engagement
Designed to help entrepreneurs and visionaries clarify direction, structure what they’re building, and move forward with consistent momentum.
This engagement integrates coaching and advisory support—strengthening both how you operate and how you build.
The Work
This engagement is designed to support you in building a business that is aligned with who you are, what you’re creating, and how you operate day-to-day.
We focus on strengthening both:
How you think, decide, and show up
and how your business is structured to support consistent execution
While many programs focus on strategy or execution alone, this work integrates both—grounded in alignment, focus, and flow.
A core principle of this work is that clarity is not something external to be given—it is something to be accessed and applied.
Through this process, you develop the ability to recognize what is already true for you, and translate that into clear, consistent action.
At its core, this is about creating from alignment:
not just what you build, but how you build it.
This is an active, participatory process that unfolds over time.
How the Engagement Progresses
The work is structured across three primary areas of focus, supported by ongoing integration throughout the engagement:
PHASE I
-
Establish a clear foundation for what you’re building.
During this phase, we develop a Compass—a structured articulation of your identity and direction, including:
Vision (what you are creating and why it exists)
Theory of Impact (how your work creates value)
Beliefs (what must be true for this to succeed)
Values (how you operate in action)
Vitals (how progress and impact are measured)
Tenets (guiding principles for how you make decisions and operate)
This becomes a practical reference point—helping you make decisions, communicate clearly, and stay aligned as you build.
PHASE II
-
Translate clarity into structured execution—while building awareness of what supports or disrupts your ability to follow through.
During this phase, we begin developing a focused operating plan, including:
A 1-year directional plan aligned to your vision
Prioritization across quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily horizons
Clear identification of what matters most—and what does not
We also assess and begin structuring the capabilities required to support execution, including:
People and roles
Core processes and workflows
Systems and tools
Governance and decision-making structure
PHASE III
-
Establish a way of operating that allows for consistent, sustainable momentum.
This includes:
Strengthening the ability to hold long-term vision while executing day-to-day
Developing working rhythms across daily and weekly horizons
Refining how you prioritize, make decisions, and move forward
Simplifying where needed to maintain clarity and focus
By working across both longer-term direction and immediate execution, you develop the ability to move forward with consistency—without losing connection to the bigger vision.
By this stage, you are not just clear on what to do—you have a way of operating that allows you to continue building with focus and momentum.
How We Work Together
This engagement combines coaching and practical advisory support.
In practice, this means:
Applying coaching directly to real-time business decisions
Providing input on strategy, positioning, and priorities
Helping structure your business and operating model to support focus and execution
Identifying where complexity can be simplified
Translating ideas into clear, actionable next steps
The role of this work is not to provide answers in isolation, but to help you see more clearly, decide more confidently, and move forward with greater precision.
The focus is not just on insight—but on building something that works in practice.
At the same time, patterns surface naturally through execution.
These may include:
resistance to narrowing or committing to a direction
avoidance of necessary but less engaging work
difficulty maintaining focus across competing priorities
challenges in collaborating with others (e.g., partners, vendors, service providers)
tension between holding the larger vision and executing day-to-day
Rather than separating awareness from execution, we work with these patterns in real time—using them as part of the process.
The goal is not just to create a plan, but to develop the ability to execute it consistently.
Commitment
This work requires:
Consistent participation
Openness to reflection and feedback
Willingness to apply the work between sessions
The value of the engagement is directly tied to your level of engagement.
What to Expect
Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (45–60 minutes)
Focus on real-time business decisions, priorities, and direction
Practical tools and exercises to apply between sessions
Direct input on strategy and structure as needed
Ongoing integration into your day-to-day work
Each week builds on the last—developing both clarity and the ability to act on it consistently.
By the end of the engagement, you will have both the clarity and structure to move forward with confidence—and a way of operating that sustains it.
